Online Privacy
My thoughts on privacy in social networks. I think that today, nothing is private anymore. Once you click the send button, whatever you sent is on the internet now and can not be taken off, even if you think you have deleted it. Including pictures, statuses, comments, tags, etc...
Sometimes, I believe that Facebook would take it too far. For example, in our chats, you can now check if the person you are chatting with has seen your message. I think this is also a form of privacy in a way. Some people might not care, but the majority does not like it, including myself.
It is important for one to think before they post now and days. Because I heard a rumor that colleges and universities can gain access to social networks and see what you are like and the type of person you are. So that rumor has terrified me and I personally, have not posted anything for a really long time. That means no statuses, no pictures, no tags and etc... So in my opinion I think we should now think before we post, the way you should think before you speak.
